What is an oche?

Rhymes with ‘hockey’, it's your space from the throw line to the dartboard; as well as your own seating area, where you'll eat, drink and get your game on!


Can I bring my own darts?

Sadly not, only Flight Club's darts can be used. We have the World’s first darts vision system which can only detect our darts. We also insist on one set for health and safety reasons. We have to look after our guests.


Why can’t I book for a group of less than 6 people?

Our oches are designed for groups of 12+ people – the bigger the group, the better the experience! During our busiest times, we ask for a minimum of 6 people to get as many people stepping into the oche as possible and to keep up the great atmosphere that makes Social Darts so awesome!


What if there are less than 6 people in my group?

If you’re in a smaller group, you're more than welcome to book during off-peak hours or to pop along and put your name down for our Social Roll-Up oche.


Do I need to book to play Social Darts?

We'd always recommend booking. However, we do keep a Social Roll-Up oche free for walk-in groups of all sizes – just pop your name down at reception when you arrive, and they'll have you playing on the next available slot.


How long will I have to wait for a walk-in slot?

The waiting time will vary depending on how busy we are, but there's plenty of space in our venues to grab a drink and a bite to eat while you wait. If you speak with our reception team, they'll be happy to advise on the current waiting time.


What time should we arrive for our booking?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your slot, so we can get you set up and playing as soon as possible. Of course, we'd love for you to join us for a drink in one of our beautiful bars beforehand.


Can we eat and play at the same time?

Yes, as well as individual plates to tease your taste buds, we’ve got sliders, pizza paddles, fries and sharing plates. It's the perfect social food, created so that you can dig in as you play.


Is there a dress code?

No – as long as you're wearing clothes, we don't mind if you're stepping up to the throw line in a suit or joining us in your jeans.


Can we wear fancy dress?

Sure. Unicorns, Del Boy, bananas – we've seen it all at Flight Club! We only ask that your outfit isn't offensive or a health and safety risk.


Do you have a cloakroom?

No, but fear not! Throughout Flight Club and at each oche, we have coat hooks and areas to pop your bags, so there's plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home!


Can we stay in the venue once our booking has finished?

Yes, of course! There's plenty of space in all of our venues for you to carry on the party. If you're a large group and you'd like to stick around, just give our team a heads up beforehand and they'll do their best to book a table for you.


Are you open for lunch?

Yes! We serve dishes from our tasty lunch menu every day, 12pm – 3pm. From mouth-watering Mac and Cheese to a refreshing range of salads, there's something for everyone.


Are children allowed in the venue?

Children are welcome in all of our venues before 5pm if you're just popping in for a bite to eat in the bar areas. However, for health and safety reasons, players must be at least 18 years old to be in the oche playing areas.


Is there disabled access?

Yes, we have disabled access in our venues. If you have a disabled guest in your party please let us know, and we'll arrange the best oche for everyone to make the most of the event.


Do you show live sports?

No – we don’t show live sports in our venues. We like to save our competition for the oche!


Where will my data be stored?

We store video content privately on Vimeo, while photos are stored securely on our servers.


How will you use my data?

We'll only ever use your data to build your personalised Story. We never share data with third parties and, where guests choose not to access their Story, we delete it within 28 days.


What if I no longer want to receive a Story?

No problem! If you said 'Yes' to Stories but have changed your mind, just pop our team an email at [email protected] and we'll ensure it's deleted from our system within 24 hours.


If a member of my group does not agree to the privacy policy but changes their mind during the visit, will we receive a Story?

We're afraid not. As soon as a guest opts out, we're unable to save any data from your visit or create a Story.


We have a guest joining us at the oche for drinks, but they won't be playing Social Darts. Do they have to agree to the privacy policy too?

No, this falls under the same rules as our CCTV policy.


Will I get a Story if I play Social Roll-Up?

No – Social Roll-Ups don't generate a booking number which we require to create and send our guests a Story.


I requested for my Story to be deleted but I've changed my mind. Can you send it to me?

Once a Story has been deleted, all of the data is removed from our system and can't be recovered.


Can I delete a particular photo or video from my Story?

Unfortunately, we can't edit parts of your Story, we can only delete it entirely.


Does everyone in my group have to 'Agree' to the privacy policy to receive a Story?

Yes. Even if just one guest opts out, then you will not receive a Story from your booking.


If a guest joins our booking late, will they still be included in our Story?

Yes – as long as they agree to the privacy policy when they join the booking. If they don't agree, this will cancel your Story.


A member of my group has shared our Story on social media and I'd like it to be removed. Can you do this for me?

We are unable to delete or remove Stories which have already been posted to social media.


If we don't agree to receive a Story, can we still save our action replays?

Unfortunately not. As soon as a guest opts out, we're unable to save any data from your visit or create a Story.


We played more games than appear in my Story, where are they?

We only include completed games in your Story. If your time in the oche ended before you finished the last game, it won't have been included. Fear not, you can still access your action replays from the Stories menu.
